We have a food processing business and a network of distributors both in Victoria and NSW. Currently we employ 25 permanent staff and we have a relatively fast paced environment. When we engaged Twin Consulting, one of our key objectives was to close the gaps we had in Human Resource processes. By using Staff Systems – a great easy to use software program we were able to link all the human resource processes in the business at a very low cost.
Divyesh has provided great solutions regarding employment contracts and workplace policies that meet our needs in workplace flexibility. He has worked closely with management teams to ensure we minimise risk in the business.
With the online OHS system we are able to meet our obligations with OHS legislation – right from inductions to emergency procedures. This was an area we were relatively strong in however what the system helped us achieve was to create accountability from supervisors and managers to ensure we maintained a safe work environment.
I have found working with Divyesh helps bring peace of mind knowing that we are building good processes and minimising risk in our business and we are looking forward to working closely with him in the New Year – implementing our strategy for growth.
